THE family of murderer Kiaran “Psycho” Stapleton has won almost £ 1million — for a second time.
His brother scooped the £ 900,000 top prize on a £ 40-a-spin mobile phone gambling app.
In 2012 aunt Mandy Burgess was among 100 to each pocket £ 1million on a special Olympics Lottery draw.
Her husband Damian Noonan ran Manchester's underworld before dying in a motorbike crash in 2003.
The Noonan family is related to Mark Duggan, the gangster shot dead by police in 2011, sparking riots in London.
Last night a source said: "This family is full of villains.
"But they seem to have all the luck when it comes to the lottery and gambling. It's sickening."
Laughing Stapleton shot Indian student Anuj Bidve, 23, in the head as he walked into Manchester on Boxing Day 2011.
He was sentenced to 30 years.

During his trial Stapleton, now 28, referred to himself as a “psycho”.
A relative declined to comment at their home in Ordsall, Gtr Manchester.
A £ 70,000 Range Rover Sport and a £ 40,000 BMW 5 Series were parked outside the social housing property, covered in CCTV cameras.
