CAROLINE Flack's boyfriend Lewis Burton was spotted going for a jog this morning as they are forced to spend the day apart.
On Monday a judge refused to lift a bail condition banning them from contacting each other as Caroline, 40, wept in court.
She was accused of assaulting the 27-year-old in his sleep after finding texts from a woman on his phone.
The tennis player turned model looked stony faced as he headed out to get in some exercise.
Lewis has continued to support Caroline and has denied that she hit him over the head with a lamp while he slept.
After her court appearance, he shared a loved-up image of the couple on Instagram, saying a bail condition banning them from seeing each other was "heartbreaking".
He wrote: "It's heartbreaking I can't see my girlfriend over Christmas. What I witnessed today was horrible. She did not hit me with a lamp.
"Arguments do happen every day in a every relationships. Gutted I am not allowed to protect her right now."
Last night Caroline quit social media but vowed to "keep going" as she admitted this has been the worst week of her life.
The ex Love Island host told her 2.3 million followers that she felt compelled to reach out after her appearance at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court.
Caroline wrote alongside a photo her smiling, while posing on a red carpet: "Been advised not to go on social media ...
"But I wanted to say happy Christmas to everyone who has been so incredibly kind to me this year.
